The alginate mask forms an airtight elastic mask that retains moisture and promotes deeper absorption of nutrients into the skin. The peel-off mask hardens into a plastic mass thanks to the alginate obtained from the brown algae.

• Diatomaceous earth or diatomaceous earth is a natural product formed by the accumulation of latent fossil remains.
